Return & Refund Policy

 

At Trove, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our 14-day return policy allows you to return your item for a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Damages or Issues with Your Order

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately upon receipt. Contact us as soon as possible to report any issues, and we will work to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item and placing a separate order for the new one once your return is processed.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
